About
About House Music Artists
An independent guide to house music: the legends, the headliners, and the ones playing small rooms right now.
Most lists of house music artists are the same twenty names in a different order. This site exists to do the opposite: give the roots their due, cover today’s headliners honestly, and put the next names in front of you before the charts do.
We stand on one idea: charts ≠ the best. The best house music is happening in small rooms, on small labels, at 4am.
- Press play. Every artist page starts with what to listen to.
- Underground equals main stage. A rising producer gets the same care as a legend.
- Sourced, not made up. Every fact links to a public source.
